Ashley's image titled "Poets Hat" was one of 25 chosen for the Professional Photographers of North Carolina Loan Collection. These were chosen by the judges to represent the high quality of work by North Carolina Professional Photographers.
Asheboro, North Carolina photographer, Ashley Fetner, specializes in Fine Art Photography and Lifestyle Portraits.
Upon receiving his degree in photography at Randolph Community College in Asheboro, he served a two-year apprenticeship with former Theatrical and White House photographer, B. Artin Haig. Additionally, he taught classes in photography with Master Photographer, Gerhardt Bakker, at the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Both Mr. Haig and Mr. Bakker are internationally known portrait and fine art photographers.

After locating in Boone NC, he established a portrait and fine art studio and taught photography at Appalachain State University and Caldwell Community College. Currently Ashley teaches in the photography department of Randolph Community College.

Ashley is a member of the Professional Photographers of North Carolina and the Professional Photographers of America.

Through his chosen medium, photography, with an artistic eye and meticulous attention to detail, Ashley creates fine art and portrait images that awaken your visual and emotional senses. His excellence in photography has won him numerous state and national awards for his portrait and fine art images.
